Pricing

I offer ad hoc work and retainer packages to suit your business needs. Here’s a breakdown of my pricing structure:

Ad Hoc Support

• Hourly Rate: £35.00
• Flexible Billing: Charged only for the actual time spent.
• Invoicing: Upon completion of work, with payment requested within 7 days.
• Additional Costs: Mileage (see Terms & Conditions), postage, stationery, and printing.

Retainer Packages

• Hourly Rate: £30.00
• Packages Start at 5 Hours per Month: Ensuring consistent support.
• Benefits: Cost-effective, guaranteed hours, and tailored to your needs.
• Additional Costs: Mileage (see Terms & Conditions), postage, stationery, and printing.
• Contract and Payment: Work details are confirmed in a contract, with payment requested in advance.
• Extra Hours: If you need additional hours beyond the package, they’ll be charged at the same hourly rate.
• Unused Hours: Unused hours cannot be carried over to the next month unless agreed otherwise.

Terms & Conditions

• Consultation and Contract: Personalised agreement provided before work commences.
• Travel: Within a 10-mile radius of Andover is free; beyond 10 miles, travel time and mileage are billed at agreed rates.
• Confidentiality: Strict confidentiality is maintained.

I utilise time-tracking software to ensure accurate billing.

While most of my work is virtual, I’m open to face-to-face collaboration.
