Ad Hoc Support

• Hourly Rate: £35.00
• Flexible Billing: You pay only for the actual time spent, ensuring you’re not overspending on services.
• Invoicing: Payment is requested within 7 days upon completion of work, providing transparency and convenience.
• Additional Costs: Please note that mileage (as outlined in the Terms & Conditions), postage, stationery, and printing may incur extra charges.

Retainer Packages

• Hourly Rate: £30.00
• Packages Start at 2 Hours per Month: Benefit from consistent support tailored to your ongoing needs.
• Cost-Effective: Enjoy guaranteed hours at a reduced rate, ensuring you receive high-quality assistance without breaking the bank.
• Additional Costs: Similar to ad hoc support, extra charges may apply for mileage, postage, stationery, and printing.
• Contract and Payment: Each package is confirmed in a contract, with payment requested in advance to secure your hours.
• Extra Hours: Should you require more than your package hours, additional time will be billed at the same hourly rate.
• Unused Hours: Any unused hours cannot be carried over to the next month unless otherwise agreed upon.

Terms & Conditions

• Consultation and Contract: A personalised agreement will be provided before any work begins, ensuring clarity on all terms.
• Travel: Free travel is offered within a 10-mile radius of Andover; beyond that, travel time and mileage are charged at agreed rates.
• Confidentiality: Your privacy is paramount, and I maintain strict confidentiality with all client information.

I utilise time-tracking software to ensure accurate billing, providing you with detailed reports of hours worked. While most of my services are conducted virtually, I am also open to face-to-face collaboration when needed.
